Would You  go to your family doctor, a 'General Practitioner', if you needed heart surgery?  You might see him first, but he'd probably refer you to a 'specialist'.  Your family doctor would be able to help to some extent, but the best person to solve your problem is going to be a 'Heart Specialist', Right?

Don't you usually tend to feel more confident that a 'Specialist' is more qualified in solving whatever problem you have? I do.

It's the same when it comes to choosing a REALTOR®Not all REALTORS® are the same. Some real estate agents are better at, and prefer to work with buyers.  Some are better at, and prefer to work with sellers.

The real estate business is a tough business to be in.  MANY real estate agents will take ANY business just to HAVE business!

With the recent real estate market the way it is, it seems that the majority of real estate agents prefer to work with buyers.  In fact, many real estate agents 'Specialize' in working with buyers . . . NOT sellers!  They have had extra training that teaches them how to serve the needs of buyers.  They usually will have three letters after their name, ABR®.  It means they are an Accedited Buyers Representative®.  They 'Specialize' in working with buyers.

If you were buying a house, you might choose to hire an agent that specializes in working with buyers.  However, if you are selling your house, doesn't it make sense to hire an agent that specializes in working with sellers?  A sellers specialist will also have three letters after their name, CSR®. It means they are a Certified Sellers Representative®.

ALL REALTORS® are able to work with buyers as well as sellers.  But unless it says ABR or CSR after their name, they are 'General Practitioners'.

Was your previous agent a 'General Practitioner', or a 'Specialist'?  If they were a designated 'Specialist', were they a buyer specialist, ABR, or a sellers specialist, CSR?  In this changing real estate market, the industry has produced many Buyers specialists, but very few Sellers specialists.

With so much at stake, don't you think, as a Home Seller, you would get the best results by hiring an agent who specializes in serving Your needs?  I do.

The Best Results Are Obtained When You Hire A 'Specialist'
